Hi, Sebastian here! Im one of the Student Experience Coordinators here at Pearson Business School! This blog is only a taster of what is to come, we have lots of exciting things to talk about!
So, where’s the best place to start if you want to know more about Pearson College London? Well, the first thing I have to tell you is read our info pack (not just because I helped write it). The info pack is this wondrous guide that we have created to give you everything you need to know about the college and the local area; like restaurants and shops, as well as what services we provide are and the teams behind them!
Another way of getting to know you school is to read our weekly newsletters and blogs. We have a ton of great blogs to help you with tips on mental health and coursework as well as some fun seasonal activities like gingerbread house making for Christmas! Weekly newsletters give you all of the latest information on events! We also share great tips on TV and movies, books and recipes to help you fill the hours you aren’t studying.
Last but not least, as a student, making money stretch further is both a skill and an artform you pick up over the year. Fear not, you have loads of money-saving websites at your fingertips such as Unidays, Save the Student and Student Beans. Don’t forget to check individual companies for student discounts and memberships like Spotify, Amazon or Pure Gym. Check out the Young Barbican and Student Art Pass memberships to get some great deals on events and art in London!
Now I think that is enough for now (ouch my hand is cramping!), don’t forget to check out our newsletters and blogs for more information like this and check out the links below for some of the money-saving websites I mentioned before!
